TESTIMONIALS

Last fall, our team was introduced to the potential of drone technology for tactical missions. This initial exposure highlighted the significant benefits for our operations, prompting a decision to integrate drones into our agency.

Attendance at the ATOA annual conference class put on by the ALPSDA further expanded our understanding of drone capabilities, featuring demonstrations of advanced models and discussions on industry challenges. These insights emphasized the necessity of acquiring similar advanced drones for our operations and facilitated connections with key vendors.

Despite initial budgetary constraints, a supportive local business, recognizing the value of this technology for our community, committed to funding the acquisition of advanced drones. This commitment has enabled us to fully launch our drone program.

Furthermore, our team has engaged in training with other law enforcement drone units and is collaborating with our Fire Department to establish a city-wide drone program. Significant progress has been made in a short timeframe, and while there is still progress to be made, the relationships and opportunities created through professional affiliations, like the ALPSDA, have been invaluable.
